These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tof.studio and any purchase you make from TOF.Studio. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
TOF.Studio is a design studio offering curated home decor, desk pieces, collectibles, and related objects. TOF.Studio operates from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Items remain our property until paid for in full.
4. Products
We work hard to show products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and the physical item, and handmade or limited pieces may carry small natural variations.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns
Your rights to return items are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, branding, and designs — belongs to TOF.Studio or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TOF.Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
