Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed an order with TOF.Studio — from processing to delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location. Domestic (India): 3–7 business days. International: 10–21 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any free-shipping thresholds will be shown there.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number where available.

5. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the order total.

6. Delays

Occasionally, carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, email hello@tof.studio and we’ll help track it down.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
