Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bring into your space. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at TOF.Studio.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Email hello@tof.studio with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or made-to-order reasons. These will be marked clearly on the product page.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
